  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Colors and sizes may slightly vary due to lighting and manufacturing differences.
  • Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.

 

3. Payments

  • We accept online payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, and net banking.
  • All transactions are securely processed.

 

4. Shipping

  • We ship pan-India. Shipping time is typically within 3-4 business days within city the of Mumbai and 4-7 days Pan India.
  • Delays caused by logistics partners or natural events are not under our control.

 

5. Returns & Exchange

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items, within 4 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • To initiate a return, contact support@aviazzo.in with your order ID and issue.
  • No Refund in case of non availability of stock

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, designs, logos, and visuals on Aviazzo are the intellectual property of Aviazzo.
  • Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and liable for legal action as per applicable laws.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our products or website.
  • Instructions for washing on the label may be not to use warm water, particular washing powder and if they do not follow we are not liable.

 

8. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by Indian law and disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Mumbai, India.
